The Placement Cell at IHE has been active for last few years and has been playing an important role in securing placements for the students and providing various employment opportunities in different sectors to interested students. It tries to bridge the gap between academics and industry. The committee is involved in inviting various employers to the Institute and organizing meetings with the potential employers for the campus recruitment.

The objectives of Placement Cell include:

• To create awareness among the students about the activities of Central Placement Cell (CPC) created at the Delhi University and to keep records of the students registered at CPC.
• To facilitate internship opportunities for students.
• To increase job acquisition skills and groom students for selection processes such as group discussions and interviews.
• To facilitate placement of students in different educational institutes, industries and the corporate sector.
