- Written Examination (90 marks):
- Candidates must score a minimum of 30 marks to qualify for the next stage.
- Topics covered include essay writing, arithmetic, English language, safe cooking practices, public health & hygiene, and general knowledge.
- Viva Voce (10 marks):
- Qualified candidates from the written exam will be called for a viva voce.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of both stages. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate.
