- Mechanical: Matric/SSLC/10th Class and 2 years ITI Trade Certificate (NTC) or 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks aggregate
- Electrical: Matric/SSLC/10th Class and 2 years ITI Trade Certificate (NTC) or 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks aggregate
- Electronics: Matric/SSLC/10th Class and 2 years ITI Trade Certificate (NTC) or 3 years Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks aggregate
- Chemical: Matric/SSLC/10th Class and 2 years ITI Trade Certificate (NTC) or 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 60% marks aggregate
- Pulp & Paper: 3 years Diploma in Paper & Pulp Technology / Wood & Paper Technology with 60% marks aggregate
- Civil: Matric/SSLC/10th Class and 2 years ITI Trade Certificate (NTC) or 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks aggregate
- Chemistry: B.Sc. (Chemistry) with 60% marks in aggregate
- Accounts Assistant: B.Com with 60% marks in aggregate
- Office Assistant: Graduate degree (any discipline) with 60% marks in aggregate
The age limit for all the posts is between 18 to 28 years as of June 30, 2024.

The selected candidates for the position of Process Assistant Grade I will be placed in Pay Level 02 with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 24,500/- per month.
