ITBP Constable Driver Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
• Matriculation or 10th pass from a recognized board
• Possession of a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
Age Limit:
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 27 years (as of November 6, 2024)
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories
Physical Standards:
• Height: Minimum 165 cm (relaxation for certain categories/regions)
• Chest: Minimum 78 cm with 5 cm expansion
• Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards

Job Pay Scale & Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Level-3 in the pay matrix (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100) as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. In addition to the basic pay, they will be entitled to various allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other benefits as applicable to central government employees.
The gross salary, including all allowances, can range from approximately Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, depending on the place of posting and other factors. Additionally, ITBP personnel are entitled to free ration, free accommodation in barracks, free uniform, leave travel concession, and other perks specific to the armed forces.
